Windy Saddle’s Gluten Free goodies are being supplied by The Golden Baking Co. – former 5 Star Gluten Free bakery.
The repertoire boasts standard made-from-scratch favorites (gluten free and regular) – fudgy brownies, berry berry bars, chunky cookies, chewy cinnamon rolls, hearty sandwich breads, rustic baguettes, savory focaccia, and healthy pizza crusts, just to name a few!
Note from The Golden Baking CO: We have the know-how and the ingredients to offer a wide variety of gluten free items. Please be aware that we are no longer a 100% dedicated gluten free facility. We will make sure to use clean equipment and a separate gluten free oven, but we cannot guarantee 100% gluten free goods due to airborne flour particles from preparation of other baked goods.
